Esta página cuenta qué datos tuyos guarda Hatch.mon, para qué, y qué puedes pedir que haga con ellos. Está escrita para que se entienda a la primera.
Quién es responsable
Josep Miquel Pujol, a título personal. No hay ninguna empresa detrás del juego.
Contacto: hello@playhatchmon.com. Es la única vía, y sirve para cualquier cosa de esta página.
Si algún día el responsable pasa a ser una sociedad, te avisaré antes de que ocurra.
Qué se guarda

No se guarda tu nombre, ni tu edad, ni tu ubicación, ni nada que no esté en esa tabla.
Con qué permiso legal
Con el de la ejecución de un contrato: el acuerdo de darte el servicio que has pedido. Sin correo no hay cuenta, y sin cuenta no hay partida guardada. Por eso dar estos datos es obligatorio para jugar, y si no los das no se puede crear la cuenta.
No se usan para nada más. No hay publicidad, ni boletines, ni perfilado, ni decisiones automatizadas sobre ti.
Quién más los ve
- Supabase guarda las cuentas y las partidas, y envía los correos de confirmación y de recuperación de contraseña.
- Cloudflare sirve la web y gestiona el correo de contacto.
- Google, solo si eliges entrar con tu cuenta de Google. En ese caso Google trata tus datos según su propia política de privacidad, que no controlo.
Nadie más. No hay analítica, ni medición, ni rastreadores de ningún tipo.
Dónde están
En Irlanda (región eu-west-1 de Supabase), dentro del Espacio Económico Europeo. El
alojamiento no supone, por tanto, ninguna transferencia internacional de datos.
Cuánto tiempo
Mientras exista tu cuenta. Si pides que la borre, borro la cuenta y la partida, y también tus datos de la copia de seguridad más reciente de la base de datos, que es la única que conservo.
Qué se guarda en tu navegador
Tres cosas, todas necesarias para que el juego funcione, y ninguna se comparte con nadie:
- El testigo de sesión, que evita que tengas que volver a entrar cada vez.
- Tu partida y tus preferencias, para que el juego funcione aunque pierdas la conexión.
- Una copia de las imágenes y el código del juego, para que cargue rápido.
No hay cookies de publicidad ni de medición, y por eso esta web no te pide permiso para nada.
Tus derechos
Puedes pedirme en cualquier momento que:
- Te enseñe qué tengo tuyo.
- Te lo dé en un fichero que puedas llevarte. También puedes descargarlo tú mismo desde Ajustes, dentro del juego.
- Lo corrija, si algo está mal.
- Lo borre, entero. Puedes hacerlo tú desde Ajustes → Cuenta → Borrar mi cuenta, y es inmediato. Si no puedes entrar, escríbeme y lo hago yo.
- Deje de usarlo o limite su uso.
Se pide por correo a hello@playhatchmon.com, es gratis, y tengo un mes como máximo para responderte.
Si crees que no lo he hecho bien, puedes reclamar ante la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).
Menores
Para tener cuenta hay que tener 14 años o más. Por eso el registro te pregunta la fecha de nacimiento: se usa solo en ese momento para comprobarlo y no se guarda en ninguna parte. Si detecto una cuenta de alguien menor de 14, la borraré.
Si algo sale mal
Si alguna vez hay una brecha de seguridad que ponga tus datos en riesgo, lo notificaré a la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos y, si el riesgo es alto, también a ti.
Cambios
Si cambia algo importante de esta página, te avisaré por correo antes de que se aplique. La fecha de arriba dice cuándo se actualizó por última vez.

This page explains what data Hatch.mon keeps about you, what for, and what you can ask me to do with it. It is written to be understood on the first read.
Who is responsible
Josep Miquel Pujol, in a personal capacity. There is no company behind the game.
Contact: hello@playhatchmon.com. It is the only channel, and it covers anything on this page.
If the controller ever becomes a company, I will tell you before that happens.
What is kept

Your name, age, location and anything else not in that table are not kept.
On what legal basis
Performance of a contract: the agreement to give you the service you asked for. No email means no account, and no account means no saved game. That is why providing this data is required in order to play, and why the account cannot be created without it.
It is not used for anything else. There is no advertising, no newsletter, no profiling and no automated decision-making about you.
Who else sees it
- Supabase stores the accounts and the saves, and sends the confirmation and password-recovery emails.
- Cloudflare serves the website and handles the contact address.
- Google, only if you choose to sign in with your Google account. In that case Google processes your data under its own privacy policy, which I do not control.
Nobody else. There is no analytics, no measurement and no trackers of any kind.
Where it is
In Ireland (Supabase region eu-west-1), inside the European Economic Area. The
hosting therefore involves no international transfer of data.
For how long
For as long as your account exists. If you ask me to delete it, I delete the account and the save, and also your data from the most recent database backup, which is the only one I keep.
What is stored in your browser
Three things, all of them needed for the game to work, and none of them shared with anyone:
- The session token, so you do not have to sign in every time.
- Your save and preferences, so the game works even if you lose your connection.
- A copy of the game's images and code, so it loads quickly.
There are no advertising or measurement cookies, which is why this site does not ask you for any permission.
Your rights
You can ask me at any time to:
- Show you what I hold about you.
- Give it to you in a file you can take with you. You can also download it yourself from Settings, inside the game.
- Correct it, if something is wrong.
- Delete it, all of it. You can do it yourself from Settings → Account → Delete my account, and it is immediate. If you cannot sign in, write to me and I will do it.
- Stop using it or restrict its use.
Ask by email at hello@playhatchmon.com. It is free, and I have one month at most to reply.
If you think I have not handled it properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
Minors
You must be 14 or older to have an account. That is why signing up asks for your date of birth: it is used only at that moment to check, and it is not stored anywhere. If I find an account belonging to someone under 14, I will delete it.
If something goes wrong
If there is ever a security breach that puts your data at risk, I will notify the Spanish Data Protection Agency and, where the risk is high, you as well.
Changes
If anything important on this page changes, I will tell you by email before it takes effect. The date at the top says when it was last updated.
